Subject: Where's the fire? Where's the fire?
This looks more like a fire DRILL at the plant, what with people just walking around and what not while crews get out the hose to spray it at the building. It's almost more entertaining to watch the goings on while this happening.. The dog running around, the execs in the car watching this, etc. After this, we see some shots of workers carrying poles (?) and some general location shots.
